This non-woven, needle-punched felt can be comprised of 80% PAN carbon fiber and 20% rayon fiber for binding, or 100% PAN carbon fiber.
It can also be comprised of carbon fiber co-mingled with any staple fiber (PP, PPS, PET, etc.)
This non-woven carbon felt has a three-dimensional structure and a weight between 500 to 1.000 g/m². Weight, surface and others parameters can be customized.
